Title: Surprisingly digging these clicky switches

A few days ago I picked up a Razer Blackwidow 2014, with the Kailh clicky switches, and I must say... I'm actually digging this clicky, tactile action.

This isn't to say that I like these Kailh switches specifically, as I'm actually going to return this Blackwidow due to some of the keys not being as clicky as the others. But I'm assuming these are pretty close to MX Blues, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the clicky, tactile action in general, is good for typing.

This is coming from a user who has both a Topre all-45g, and a Filco with MX Brown board. The switches do take a little more effort to actuate than either the Topre or MX Brown switches, but when I start typing off long sentences, I start to get into a really nice, consistent typing flow, I'm guessing mainly due to its tactility. And it feels surprisingly nice!

So... count me as an endorser of tactile, clicky switches. I'm going to get rid of this Blackwidow, and pick up an MX Blue board in the future.

I've been wanting to make that video on how to make jailhouse but have like 20 projects in front of that. No. 1 project is to dremel mod my Access-IS plates... need to find one solid weekend morning which I don't have until end of the month. I am still using damned Cherry blacks because my jailhouse mods have all been on non-split layouts done when I had more free time.
