Aside from the feet and the plug, this board looks identical to the soap dispenser NMB Hi-Tech board I got a couple of months ago (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=33130.msg1450817#msg1450817).  Same layout, same Space Invader looking slope and shape of the caps, same looking case, and so on.  It's cheap and it likely has some Space Invader switches given the caps and similarity in look.

I’m almost certain that’s Key Tronic, but who knows.

It's identical to the one I have, save the feet and connector.  Caps look Space Invaders to me too.  To make sure, ask to pull a cap, but I'd bet on Space Invaders.

The keycaps look like double-shot ABS instead of dyesubs. (Notice the legends are totally different, and some caps are yellowed.)
