IMSTO (http://imsto.cn/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=72) lists some as available. You'll have to exercise patience if you order from him though, he can be a little slow with shipping items out.

There were some metal keycaps floating around, but I think they would feel really strange, and the consistency difference when typing would suck. Also, I'm pretty sure they're made of zinc... I dont know what fool would use that, because they will corrode and look awful really quickly.
