Every year with the Chinese calendar.
That's why they have year of the dragon, snake, and horse keyboards.

Sure there is the year of the... boards annually. They also do release other limited on no set schedule at times, like they had some limited edition all white everything Shines for NZXT, or that '78' model they had awhile back with 8 types MX switch on one board.
