Title: Vortex keycap manufacturer contact info?

Seems like all resources for finding out how to contact Vortex's keycap manufacturer are in Chinese and I can't read Chinese, I wish.

Could anyone please help me out.

I would suggest you find a Chinese friend :) or a forum of Chinese speakers/learners and post the links there and see if they'll be kind enough to translate for you.
