Title: I'd like to have your input on keyboard ping

Hi all :)

I would very much appreciate your input on my keyboard. Since most of you have played around with dozens of keyboards, would you consider this keyboard ping or not.

So this is what my k70 rgb with mx reds sound like.

I'm aware it's not terribly bad ping (if it is) but I really do hear some sound resonating when I hit the keys. Spacebar is the worst. My microphone is not top quality so I'd say it's a bit worse in person compared to the audio file.

I hear a little noise on a few of the caps, not really "pingy " though. You could put shelf liner or something like than behind the PCB to reduce it.

Could also sit your board on top of something like a mouse pad. But I think hwood34's solution worked for me the best.

So by your replies, I understand this is not a case of RMA. Are all mechanical keyboards having some of this resonating sound to a certain extent?

Most don't a really noticeable sound resonance, but are still a few that do right out of the box
