Title: PBT replacement keycaps for full size Filco
Post by: Special K on Mon, 26 January 2015, 12:17:24
I like my Filco and have been using it as my primary keyboard at home for the past 5 years, but the keycaps are a weak point.  The lettering and matte finish is fading in proportion to key use, and in some cases is completely gone.

I've done some searching on here and it seems to be the case that PBT keycaps are more durable and won't fade vs. what a Filco uses by default.

Where can I get a full set of black PBT keycaps with text printed on the top face that will work with a Filco?  I did a few Google/GH searches, but all the results I could find were for other keyboards (TKL, blank keys, etc.) or were sold out.

Are there any other users of full size Filco keyboards on here that have replaced the stock keycaps?  If so, what did you use?

There was this on Massdrop but it just ended. I think the set was around $40?
