I got nearly nothing about an 30 min north of Baltimore. We are under liberal leave for the first four hours. Good time to come in when no one is around  :thumb:

Yea.. but you can point to Maine and be like.. It'gon snow-lot.. and you'd be right 99% of the time..

Same as if you'd point to Poland, and said, It'gon Rain !!... again 99% accuracy..

As far as I can see the weather people were right. I'm buried in snow over here and I'm getting a little antsy being trapped in this house. It has been snowing since yesterday around 2pm. It is still snowing now. I'm dreading having to dig out my car for work tomorrow.

It's too difficult a thing to prove..

They're saying more evaporated water = more moisture content = bigger winter storms..

and yet, only 3 hours ago, they screwed up by 4-8 inches of snow..

So.. sigh... I WANT to believe in global warming.. but.. to what end..

EVEN if I did..  wtf can anyone do about it..

Do these scientists stop using cellphones and computers and not commute to work?

Global warming is the result of overpopulation, capitalism, and General human inefficiencies..

No amount of science can Turn human nature around any more than it can predict the weather..

Why would anyone want to believe in global warming?  In my mind its hubris to think that humans will have enough of an impact on the planet for it to truly notice in geologic timeframes (or solar, galactic, cosmological).  Whenever I hear someone say 'Save the planet', I think - the planet will be here for as long as it's going to be, whether we are here or not, it's the human race we need to be worried about (in addition to how is this person profiting from looking at how much carbon am I using).

Hahahaha...

Well there's 2 ways to interpret what people mean when they say.. "Save the planet"

"Save the planet, and therefore Ourselves"

or

"Save the planet, because pandas, tigers and whales are m0re important"

But yea.. I doubt we can tell everyone to conserve when social inequity is so large..
