Found this keyboard. Its very nice looking but can't find any info on it on the interwebz. It isn't rubber dome is it?

yes it is RD. but it is a better one than the clones. those dash-holes in the back are tabs that lock to the front to keep the membrane parallel and tight.

I don't think its peerless, looks totally different. Peerless looks like this:

There is no standard feel of a rubber dome — it differs by manufacturer and it differs by age, and varies from ridiculously tactile, to borderline linear.
