Title: How to make Function key act as Left Windows key on Filco Majestouch 2?

I just bought the Majestouch 2 Camo Edition and just realized that it does not have a Left Windows Key. Is there any way / workaround for the Function key to act as a Windows key?

Its a FN key, which basically means its hard wired to the controller.

What you could do, if you REALLY wanted the FN key to be a windows key, is jump the switch from the right windows key. It wouldn't act as a left windows key, ( windows sees that as two separate keys )  but it would do the job. And ofc, you'd loose your FN key. ( unless you cross jumped them to make the right windows key the FN key )
