Title: Epson PX-8 $30 OBO
Post by: nubbinator on Mon, 09 February 2015, 13:39:30
It should have Hirose Cherry M8 switches.  I just picked up a broken one for under $25 shipped, this seller may be willing to go as low as $15-20 + shipping on this one.

How do these switches feel?

Where are pins located?

interested in learning more about those switches as well. Since they were manufactured up until very recently, it might be safe to assume they used the same pins as MX

Another thing about Hirose version of Cherry switch, they use a smaller stem so the caps that fit on Hirose don't fit on normal Cherry. That is too bad, as cap set like this would be pretty awesome for some 40% or something if that wasn't the case. Finding Hirose MX is pretty hard too.
