Post by: Ilikeibm8923 on Tue, 10 February 2015, 17:43:45
hi

it makes me feeling exlusive when using ä ö or ü ;D a minority under all the "english" layouts

my keyboard were thrown away and i picked it up...
feels amazing compared to all the flats even made by cherry...
the ibm logo is also very cool
better writing with style before going with the mass

On these new Smartphones it´s nothing like what it once was back in the days..
It´s like a girl without nipples ,you won´t feel the same..
Anyway beside i live here in western germany and from time to time there is a lot thrown away .
I pick up pc´s and try to reassemble, i am mostly into hardware and engineering of special resolutions when something not fits in, like coolers especially..
my pc is a phenom 2 945 8 gig ram but i like the interface to be closer to my exquisite needs.. :-X  ;D
I simply love the Keyboard..
I used it over Generations like crappy athlonxp..
new one is much more stable

I do like Retro stuff

Damn.  Now I know what I've been missing. :))

Never going to forget this analogy.

Anyway, I think I'm a little late to the vintage hardware scene here...all I keep findingare late 90s rubber domes. :(

Welcome to Geekhack!

The 8923 is a rubber dome keyboard, if I understand correctly.  A rather good one, but.
