Title: Tai Hao 104 PBT Doubleshot preorder

I placed my order and was curious how preorders work. Because it says out of stock but I was able to checkout and get a confirmation email.

Does that mean you wait for all the preorders than add that amount to whatever is being purchased for inventory?
