I haven’t listened to this (I’ll give it a shot sometime in a few days when I have time), so I have no idea if it’s actually any good, but I thought folks here might find it interesting. They had some interesting things to say but especially about some things being just in your head.
I thought it was funny that they're own setups' aren't that ergonomic.
