hmmmppfff.. I guess the answer is already given:
It uses membrane technology to protect keys from dust, liquids, see pic #4 for the type of key switch slider.

BTC keyboards often have a 1.25 Esc key and a metal bottom, and the switch does not look quite like it.
The FCC ID lookup reveals "Dih Shin Industries Co Ltd" in Taipei, Taiwan. 1990. but that doesn't tell me anything.
There are lots of variants of MX-compatible sliders over domes.
