Got the hot pot stuffs ready to go..

Steamed the Stick-Rice cakes yesterday..

I got the Egg batter ready to Fry up the cakes tonight..

Waiting for all the new Ducky editions to be announced.

I don't think Year of the Goat is as catchy as snake, horse or dragon though...

There's really nothing wrong with eating dog..  lots of Muricans' do it.. they just wouldn't tell you..

How I know?  White people in Korea town..

I've also "interned" at underground mahjong parlors in NYC and FuZhou.. 

Plenty of white people eating illegal stuff.
