Title: I had no idea cherry profile was so low
Post by: VanGhost on Fri, 20 February 2015, 18:46:04: I just got my GMK Dolch caps the other day (I'll post pics tomorrow), and the first thing I noticed was how low-profile they are. I've been using Tai Hao Olivetti replicas for a while on my MX board and the Dolch is actually taking some getting used to. I gotta say though that the deeper f and j keys are baller as hell, and I love the way that it changes the sound - its deeper and more satisfying (lel).

But yeah, thanks Zeal for buying a ton so the people who missed out on the GB still have a chance to appreciate the Cyan-Dolch combo.

I got to try a granite and I kept missing the space bar. Holy ASDASDaerQAREA it is so low that it almost feels as if it isn't there.

I think your right. I can't find the pictures now but I remember seeing them side by side and DSA was definitely taller than at least R1-3.

I really wish there weren't so many keycap group orders in DSA. -_- I felt DSA at a meet and instantly hated it, it felt like the keycaps on the rubber dome I threw away when I got my Monoprice, except weirder because of that rounded top thing. *shudder*

Don't have moggle kits nor 1.5u+7u bottom row keyboard atm so I can't use them.
