Title: amber Omrons in Australia

These are super-duper clicky. Somewhat like Alps or SMK clicky switches in mechanism, but as clicky as a buckling spring.

Aussie eBay link, which might be more relevant for people shopping in Australia :p

Seller also has Apple Extended Keyboard M0115 with orange Alps - is this the desirable one, or is the Extended Keyboard II more desirable?

This M09115 looks relatively clean and not too discouloured, except for the space bar.  Thoughts?

What kind of connector is that on the Omron one?

Judging by the size of the connector in the first and third pics, I'd say it was AT.  Plus if it is AT/XT compatible, almost certainly an AT connector.

For me personally, orange > salmon > dampened cream Alps, and I prefer the construction of the AEK to the AEK II. The AEK II has even slightly thicker keycaps than the AEK, and has a very finely adjustable tilt, but the AEK case is a bit thicker/sturdier plastic.

Damnit - now that AEK is "This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing." and a new listing has appeared with starting bid $69 and buy it now $99.

Is the seller reading this thread? :blank:

I was almost going to buy it for the $25.
