I dig it.

I haven't been that thrilled with the print job of the APL characters on the Unicomp APL keycaps.  They look like they'll rub right off with just a moistened thumb and a little bit of effort.  I may pick this one up ... but I have to admit, ripster ... I think I agree with you, the extra blue symbols are extra-cool.

Nice.  Maybe I'll just keep my eyes open some more.

On the other hand, if you ever want to part company with that APL board, please keep me in mind.  :)

Go for it.  I think I'll hold out for a bit, personally.  I'm not sure what gen it is either (I'm pretty Model M ignorant), but the date of manufacture is allegedly 27JUN91.

i havent been watching model m's on ebay very much, but that seems pretty average...  how can clickykeyboards charge so much when they're this cheap on ebay?

Because you know absolutely with out any questions what it is you are getting on clickykeyboards. Ebay is a little more iffy. quite a few sellers will use stock photos for the boards and what you end up getting is a filthy board that may or may not be in good condition. That does not mean you can't find good Model M's on ebay but you have to be careful.

just got the keyboard today...  definitely my favorite out of the ones that i have...  i think i like it much more than the unicomp.  the springs are softer than the unicomp, which is nice for me i think because i was coming from the cherry blues.  very clean...  unusually white haha...  only a couple of the keys have any sort of a dirtiness to them.  its as if someone wrote on them with a pen and it soaked into the plastic...  it almost makes me mad that i didnt get this keyboard sooner...  i really love it
