I have a Filco 104 keys keyboard and I understand that you can't remove the switch top without first desoldering the switches from the keyboard.
If that's the case, I was thinking if it's possible to change the plate at the same time so that this can be facilitated so that I can remove the switch tops in the future. Are there any compatible plates for the Filco that would allow the switch tops to be removed without any more desoldering? Is there any disadvantage of such a plate over the original plate?
Thanks
