Title: Anyone have contacted support on Ducky Channel?

Hi need some help here again.  :(

I got the YOTH form NCIX in Canada, but there is no keychain with it, which I want most. I called NCIX and they said they knew nothing about it and it could be a vendor promotion and I should contact Ducky.

Since Ducky is in TW, it's not convenient for me to call them. So I sent couple emails to their support address, but sadly, no response for 3 days.

So my questions are:

   Does each YOTH have a keychain by default?

   Has anyone contacted Ducky support before? How was your experience?

All the Ducky YOTH comes with this keychain

Maybe you can ask Ducky support through their facebook
They active enough on there :cool:

I didn't get one either. I actually went to the seller I got it from and looked at about 5 of their stock of YOTH boards for another reason, and none of them had the keychain.

So, it makes me think sellers outside the US didn't get keychains.

I've had very good experience with getting a hold of them on Facebook. Usually takes 1-3 days to reply.

They replied to me within 20 minutes.

All I had to do was PM them a copy of my invoice and my shipping address and they are going to send me one  :thumb:

Edit: it was actually 10 minutes
