Title: I've created a monster!
Post by: Veridis on Mon, 09 March 2015, 01:45:33
Half a year ago I bought a MX brown Ducky Zero TKL for my Fiancée to use at home.

She has commented a few times on how expensive my keyboards are, and how I am wasting money by buying and selling.

Now she wants 2 more for her different workplaces! I suggested buying cheaper Kailh brown switch keyboards and was flatly rejected. She wants a Ducky. My poor wallet /sob

Also if you think the wallet hurts now, hahahaha wait till she owns you with the signatures on the procreation contract.

Why not the Cooler master series of keyboards for something cheaper and kind of comparable

Ducky Zero is actually slightly cheaper than a cooler master here :)

We share our income so it isn't that clear cut, haha. Technically she is paying half of it. I am just surprised by the sudden change her opinion of mechanical keyboards :)

Well you want to put the "new keyboard"  where you do the MOST typing to break it in..

Takes many many keystrokes to smooth in a keyboard.
