Only has a couple months of use.  There's a blemish on the left side (see photos).  Other than that it's in excellent condition.  Comes with USB cable, wire keycap puller, and box.

Found the box for it, so now it comes in the box and includes a wire keycap puller tool!  It's all packed up and ready to ship.
