Title: Plate editing help needed

I made a plate using swill's tool but need to edit the line color of the svg and ensure the dimensions are in mm. Since I don't have access to inkscape on my work laptop and my personal computer is out of commission for the moment, is there anyone with a program and ability to change all the lines to:

R:0
G:0
B:255
a:255

in an svg file for me? Also if you could check that the units are mm, that would be great.

Nevermind, I worked it out with a portable apps version of inkscape and librecad
