Title: DSA spacebar from SP doesn't fit my Ducky Shine Mini :(

I compared it to another DSA spacebar from a base set I ordered at the same time and the blue one looks slightly shorter. It would fit two of the three holes only, no matter how I try it. The grey one fits fine.

Has anyone else gotten this problem? I emailed them yesterday morning and still no response on whether or not an exchange is possible. Is this something I can fix myself?

Sounds like a quality control issue with signature plastic.

Maybe try contact them and see what they say.

Are they different materials? If the blue one is PBT that could explain the difference in size since PBT shrinks more during cooling than ABS.

Ahh, that makes sense - they're both PBT. I contacted them on Friday morning and still no response. I'll wait another business day or two to re-contact them.

Actually the spacebars are both ABS on both the ABS set and PBT set.

Signature Plastics doesn't make PBT spacebars due to warping issue.  But hopefully they'll get back to you soon.
