Title: My cousin is living in Japan at the moment, what should I get?

Okay my friend is living in japan at the moment and I was wondering what kind of keyboard stuffs or realforce ect, should I be getting her to pick up for me? She lives right near Tokyo, so I thought I might as well take advantage. The yen is weak and it's my time to strike...

I'm not 100% up to date on any current models available in japan or anything that I might want.
