ok so earlier today i made a post saying that my blackwidow chroma was damaged and the w key cuts out when pushed on an angle towards myself and i think i found the cause. i was wondering if i can reinforce and resolder the solder points on the keyboard without taking every key out. i ask this because my keyboard is plate mounted. but yeah i think that the connection between the "fake" cherry switch and the keyboard is damaged thanks again.

Yes, you can remove one switch without desoldering the whole keyboard. Just desolder that switch, pop it out, then re-seat it in the plate and PCB, and resolder it in. Should be good to go.

I don't know whether blackwidow has a unique layout, but you might be able to let the solder re-seat itself by just briefly touching the solder with a soldering iron, like a full second with a fully hot soldering iron, the solder should re-inforce by itself, it melts and re-solders pretty easily
