these were originally sold by unicomp. But afaik they ran out of black spacebars and black right shift. So the set isn't sold anymore. But you can still order any blank keycaps, except the two I mentioned from unicomp.

The ones on ebay are overpriced. Someone just wants to make some money, cause of the current situation with unicomp. The alternative would be to hunt a M13 and use the black printed keycaps.
