I am right now looking for a new laptop and here are some requirements:
Intel I7
8 gb ram
1gb display card
Win7/8
I am really not familiar with laptop, so I need some recommendation. The only one I find that match all the requirement is a $2000 dell... Is there any other cheaper option?

I'm not that au fait with laptops, but I think looking for an i7 with a 1gb card is a bit of an odd combo, but I think you will be looking close to that $2k price.

There are actually LOTS of laptops that will match the specification at much cheaper prices..
However.. build quality / parts quality / battery are all bottom barrel..
I recommend getting a used ultraportable like the undisputed champ lenovo x220 (nontablet version)
Then use the rest of the money and put that towards ur g4m3r-pc
Here's why the x220 is a beast..
Dual Core sandy bridge
Dual Channel Memory 16gb memory support
Intel HD3000 (shared memory)
1866mhz Overclocked ram (5-20% performance boost of HD3000 integrated gfx)
Display port + VGA out
IPS 1366x768 panel ($60 to put in yourself if the laptop doesn't come with one)
Originally famous Lenovo Scissor keys.
Flashable to support Aftermarket Wifi Cards
mSata

I have a Y50, it is great as long as you switch out the display. No problems.
