Heard that a guy felt a total different experience and hated the stock caps, and I really seem underwhelmed by them tbh. What should I go for? Doubleshot pbts? Also what is the difference between flat keycaps ,do they feel different? Also will the keycaps fill into the stabilizers?

Most half-decent keycap sets will give you a different feel to any keyboard. Whether it is better is entirely subjective.
Thick ABS doubleshot (e.g. GMK) will give a nice solid feeling.
SA profile ABS (from PMK) will do so even more!

The opinion that VesperSAINT gave me was that thin PBT would be the best option like you see on stock realforce boards.
The reason behind this is that PBT is just the preferred material and RF PBT is really good in quality.
Why you would want thin PBT is that thicker caps would dampen the signature "pop" of topre.
