Title: Costar Stabalized Spacebar- Right Side Rattling

Hey folks,

Just got a board in and fixed her up, only thing odd about it is that the right side of the spacebar rattles. This is on a Filco Majestouch 2 with MX Blacks, though my Majestouch 1 doesn't exhibit any of the same issues. Both boards don't have any lubricant applied to the stabilizers or inserts.

Anything else I can do? Curious to see if I can replace the Costar stabilizers with Cherry ones, is that possible?

I would just try a bit of plastic safe grease.  As far as swapping the stabs out for Cherry, that would work unless you swap the plate, or the pcb to one with PCB mount stab support and open up the holes.

Costar stabs can be noisy if they don't have a nice, thick lube on them. I have been using Krytox thick or Extra Thick on my Costar stabs and they are dead silent.
