Title: Need help registering on Heatware

Dear GH,

When I try to register an account at this page (https://www.heatware.com/user_register.php), I get the error message: The verification word you entered is incorrect. I don't see a CAPTCHA field. Any ideas?

Try again?  Sometimes CAPTCHA makes it impossible to read even if you are human, which is far from useful!

There is a captcha field on that page, but it is set to display:none. Hit the support link there and see what's up. Removing the display:none brought up the input box but didn't show an image for the captcha.
