Title: Basic Keyboard PCB Concepts
Post by: trigun0x2 on Sun, 19 April 2015, 01:28:56
Hey guys!
I'm new to designing PCBs and such so I was just wondering if there's a thread/link/video/blog/lecture/walldrawing about how the circuits and wiring work in a keyboard? And also how/why it all connects to the teensy.

Thanks!

How does this (http://www.dribin.org/dave/keyboard/one_html/) work for you?

As to where to connect on the Teensy metalliqaz has just added a custom matrix option to his Easy AVR (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=51252.0) firmware so download the beta and have a read of doc/handwire.txt for which pins to use, if you want an easy option :)
