There's a similar thread in the ergo section, as a lot of those shortcuts relate to arrow placement it's kind of relevant.

My layout is in there and in my opinion, is brilliant for text editing. Having arrows on ESDF and IJKL with delete on Q and P and backspace on space bar make text editing really easy. The only keys I'm not super happy with are home and end but I don't use them a massive amount at the moment so I'm happy with them where they are (I guess home/end could go on W/R and U/O maybe).
