Decent chance of SMK Blue Alps, White Alps, vintage cherry black/blue or Futabas. Worth a shot for anyone wanting to try some interesting switches. Sadly too expensive for overseas.

Could have blue Montereys too, couldn't it?

Would the PT on the back indicate White ALPS switches?
from deskauthority
"KB-5181PT

You're probably on to something.
If it was. SMK blue ALPS then it would have a beige cord coming out of the middle of the board. Not a black one out the left.
The SMK board would also have an entirely different looking label on the back.
