I am looking for a very large keycap fitting the escape key, very large (30-40-50% larger than the normal one.)
Does this exist?
Thank you

Large in which dimension(s)?

Large in which dimension(s)?
The fourth dimension. He wants them to last a long time. :))

In that case I would recommend Titanium.

Depending on what you mean by large, if by widest then maybe this: http://keyshop.pimpmykeyboard.com/products/specialty-custom-keys/flat-keys
If by tallest then maybe this: http://www.pimpmykeyboard.com/deals/big-red-eject-key/
If you just want something gigantic then you can always take a blank keycap and glue something over top to make it huge lol.

Yes sorry, I mean large as in tall - height. This eject key would do, but I am not sure if the surface area is smaller than normal keys? Little detail, but if is not smaller in surface area then it is very good. Thanks. This is for cherry MX switches.

Hmmm... get some of the green stuff or whatever these keycap crafters use and build one up yourself a bit?

If you look here (http://keycapsdirect.com/key-caps.php) you'll see that the tallest caps are SA row 1. The Big Red Eject looks to be row 3 SA (it has a flat top) so it's slightly shorter than the tallest at around 1.2cm but still a significant step up from OEM caps.
Where are you in the world are you?

For anyone who wants real big keycaps, there’s always the Alps-compatible BigKeys keyboard:
