These are the plastic ones and not metal like the original ones.  What kind of plastic... I have no idea. :)

I dunno, they look pretty good to me. :)  I contacted girlDC directly and ordered a couple of different colors recently.  These TechKeys ones are actually cheaper, and you don't have to pay shipping from Korea.

There might be some possibility that he might be able to still make the metal ones on request?  Try contacting him via PM.
