Gday geekhack!
I've had my K60 for a few years now, and I don't think I've ever been quite satisfied with the mx red switches.
Just a couple days ago I started looking into where mech keyboards are at these days, only to stumble upon this entire custom keycap/mech keyboard building & modding community that I never even knew existed. I'm excited to dive in to some group buys and start blowing my kids' inheritance on some sweet artisan keycaps!
Cheers :)

Thanks guys. It has already begun... After a few late nights comparing a bunch of different keyboards I've jumped on a CM Quickfire Rapid for entree. With a side of custom keycaps to come later. :D

Another Perth member!
I find reds far too light. Most of my keyboards are MX black or green. Or buckling spring.
QFR is an excellent keyboard, with the bonus that it has a standard layout, making finding replacement keycaps so much easier (at least as easy as it gets down here).
