Title: What switch is this?
Post by: chyros on Sun, 10 May 2015, 13:09:29
Picked up another batch of keyboards from the recycling centre, among them was a board with this:

It's some kind of spring over membrane board - no domes. It's a linear switch. The spring is stuck inside the key caps. Anyone know what this is? The board is not listed in the wiki.

Super rare vintage linear Model M.

Just kidding, like you said, it's spring over membrane.  AFAIK, there's no other name than that.  They're often found on typewriters.
