Title: Triple Monitor Setups (GPU)
Post by: hwood34 on Tue, 19 May 2015, 20:01:51
About to buy three new monitors (ASUS VX238H-W) and am wondering where I should go GPU-wise? Right now I have a 760, but that's not gonna get me anywhere. I'd like to be running games on mostly high-quality above 50 FPS. I have a birthday in August so any GPUs that might be coming out around there would be great

Halt...  DO NOT buy those monitors..

Buying 1 good 27"  is better than getting 3x "meh" monitors..

ALSO.. . consider getting something like a large 1080p TV .. they make great monitors,

You do have to check that it supports 4:4:4 though..

The smaller triple screen "sounds good"  but give it time,  you'd wish You just gotten some bigger screens from the beginning..

yea I dunno, the biggest things that put me off the triple are the bezels and having to buy expensive GPUs

I would go with a single curved 34" monitor over 3 monitors with bezels.
