Is there a good way to contact Vortex support for Pok3r feature requests?
My first issue is that LAlt + RAlt (5s) is way too simple a chord for a full reset on a device that may have undergone weeks of tweaking with no backup capabilities.
Specifically, I've mapped my RAlt to Fn, so any time I need a chord requiring Fn (Ctrl-Alt-Del, Alt-F4, Alt-` on Linux), that blue LED starts blinking at me. If I accidentally pause, BAM, my keyboard is wiped. I feel like they either need to make the delay longer (10s seems reasonable) or increase the number of keys, or maybe both. Think there's any possibility of this happening?
The other thing that's really bugging me about my shiny new Pok3r is this damn LED. It'd be great if there was an option to have the LED light up for 5s or so when switching layers, but then go out. All I want to do is make the arrow cluster match the V60, but since Layer 1 is static, I have to have this LED in my face full-time.

I agree that vortex is pretty stupid in these regards, comparatively, the V60 is extremely well thought, even if it lacks any customisation capabilities
You can always remove the led temporarily :)
I also agree that destructive actions should be more protected, on DJI Phantom quadrocopters, when you pull the two levers to the side, the engines start or stop, and it's something that you do reflexively, because it's fun to start the engines and there was no way to disable this feature at the time, or protect/disable it, so as one can guess, I once stopped the engines mid-air :)
They seem to reply to Facebook comments, probably your best bet, or just email them, but I'm guessing they don't reply?

I totally agree about the led thing - kind of ruins it a bit
I was having similar issues when doing longer key combos involving the fn key - what I did was make sure that all of the possible fn combinations are already mapped so that you don't get this issue - for me this was changing fn-caps to control (using caps lock as control key) otherwise whenever i did fn ctrl arrow keys it would turn on caps lock

Email how? I tried Googling for their website, but all the links are for sellers.
Edit: I found http://www.vortexgear.co.kr/, but I don't speak Korean.

You could probably put in a decay circuit that lights the LED when powered, then drains to off.

Random decay circuit form Google Images.

They must add a way to edit and save the keystones.
