Are the Topre switches in Realforce, HHKB, Novatouch the same or do they feel different. If yes, how do they feel different?

As far as I have heard, the HHKB is the most "Springy" and poppy feeling, the Realforce a very stable and sturdy feeling, and people have said that 45g realforce feels a lot duller and mushy compared to 45g topre in a HHKB, and that 55g feels just right in terms of the realforce. and I haven't heard much on the Novatouch.
The feel is mostly linked to the mounting method. Realforce is plate mounted, and the HHKB is case mounted.

I strongly prefer the case mounted feel of the HHKB over the RF 45g. And I prefer the 55g RF over the 45g RF, but HHKB rules them all.
Also cannot comment on Novatouch as I don't have one.

They are all the same but different in their own ways.

I wish I had enough money to try them all out and still eat. :D

my type heaven feels much heavier than my realforce even though they are both 45g uniform. type heaven feels like 65g

Not sure I'm having the same experience. I have an HHKB and a Type Heaven, and I think they feel about the same, as far as actuation force? I can't test them side by side since one is at work and one is at home. But maybe I'll stack some dimes on the keys and see how many each take to activate.
As far as the Type Heaven, though: it doesn't feel anywhere near as "budget" as I was afraid it would. It doesn't bottom out quite as smoothly as the HHKB with its case-mounted switches, but the key feel is still quite nice and precise. Still miles ahead of the cherry brown KUL I own, though, and quite nice overall. It's a little louder and the upstroke noise is a bit more rattly than the HHKB, but I think that's mostly the cheaper ABS keys. I'd be curious to feel/hear how different it would be with PBT keys, but I'm not going to drop $150 to find out :)

HHKB is definitely the best feeling keyboard I've ever owned.
