Title: Looking to repurpose old control panel. Unsure what switch this is.

Hey there,

I've acquired this Accom control panel for a "Digital Image Store" system. It has a nice layout, and I want to repurpose it for a piece of software. I'm having trouble figuring out what switches these are, and whether they would be worth re-using them or switching them out for a more modern switch.
