Hello Everyone!
I am a guy who is madly in love with computer especially in keyboards and mice.
For keyboards,
I started out with logitech G710+, then Razer Blackwidow BF4 Edition, then moved on to Blackwidow chroma and then I just purchased Realforce 55g tenkeyless from Elitekeyboards.
I also kinda want HHKB but I am holding off a little bit for the RF to come in and enjoy that first for a while.
For mice,
My first mouse was Logitech G500. It served me well for about 5 years. I then I bought G700s, and G602, MX performance, Razer Naga Epic Chroma, and Sensei Wireless.
I am pretty excited to join geekhack because I have been looking for enthusiasts like you guys to share my love for stuff like this.
My friends don't understand when I talk about these because they think keyboards are just keyboards...

Welcome to Geekhack!
The RealForce will be quite a change from the other keyboards. When you get it, please give yourself a week or two using it, as Topre can take a little getting used to. But most people love it once they've given it a chance :)
The HHKB is also quite different to the RealForce (layout, case-mounted instead of plate-mounted, and 45g instead of 55g), so you may well end up owning both ;)

The HHKB just makes the best sound imo, when i heard it i knew that was what i wanted. Since i knew i wouldn't get used to the layout i choose the Leopold with topre switches, which is very close.
It was expensive but I don't regret my choice, it's truly a pleasure to use, such a fine keyboard. The 45g actuation force is just perfect for me too, I fear 55g would be a bit too firm for my typing style and for my hands.
As for the mouse I have a G502, I love all the buttons and the tilt wheel but i find it a too big for my hands. Well I find most multi buttons mice too big...

I prefer stiffer switches too, but I don't mind the HHKB. It's probably the keyboard that I swap back in the most.
