I have a Model M 1389162 Terminal Keyboard. Are you sure that is a Model F? I believe the 138xxxx's are Model M 122's. Hmm.MoreShow Image(http://i.imgur.com/qJA606Y.jpg)
124? Maybe, maybe not, but I did recall seeing a 127 mentioned in some IBM doc a while back. Basically a 122 but with keycaps of relevant size to fit every barrel (the pcb and controller do support that many positions). So maybe it's similar, but with two extra keys instead of 5. IBM did some crazy stuff back in the day..

Well, here's the 1385167 (http://www.recycledgoods.com/ibm-1385167-model-f-keyboard.html)
and here's the 1385151 (http://www.cafr.ebay.ca/itm/IBM-Model-F-122-key-Clicky-Keyboard-1385151-October-1985-EXTREMELY-RARE-/131153035557)
Which are why I think the 1385119 should be an F too.124? Maybe, maybe not, but I did recall seeing a 127 mentioned in some IBM doc a while back. Yeah, well I guess the most likely variation would be that it's some kind of European keyset (Portugeuse?) that uses an additional 2 of those hidden barrels/contacts like the one under the right shift.
