Title: What is In-switch Full LED and On-PCB Backlight LED?

I am about to place an order for one of GON keyboards.
There are so many options for LED and I don't understand what In-switch Full LED and On-PCB Backlight LED are.
Am I able to order both and is it better to not have certain LED options?

Okay so in-switch LED is the regular LED's that sit on the MX switches and the On-PCB backlights are the ones that sit on the PCB like this one.

Also another LED style you didn't mention is the side LED's which are the ones on the bottom of the PCB.
