I saw this vintage (which sounds so much nicer than "ancient" :)) ) Miniterm 1203S Portable Computer Terminal/acoustic-coupled fax machine on Ebay here:

The keyboard is unusual in that the left side and the right side seem to be deliberately made with keys of different (but equally attractive) shade of blue:

Of course, like every Geekhacker, I'm curious about what switches it has ( ;D ), but I'm equally curious why they made each side a different color. Any ideas on either aspect?

Oh, wait, on further inspection, I answered my own question -- it has a number pad built in on the right. Still quite an interesting design.
