Title: Polident for acrylic or polycarbonate

Dear all, I have a custom case that is made of acrylic or polycarbonate (I am not sure)
Now it gets yellowish, wonder if it can be whiten by soaking it into the polident solution?

Well, polident is really just cleaning suface stains, it's not going to reverse the yellowing of the plastic due to light
