Has anyone messed with the effect of putting in, for case of argument 62g Ergo springs in MX Browns or Gateron Brows vs the MX Clears? How do these compare/Differ?

I believe MX Browns would just be slightly heavier. 62g is used in ergo clears because it's effectively the lightest spring that will consistently return the key on the upstroke without getting stuck. The ~59g (by Korean standards) can have this problem, so it's just a touch more force.
62g springs would probably still be pretty nice in any of them though since it seems to be a very well liked key weight.

I switched from 62 clears to 62 browns and won't be going back. The high initial threshold on clear switches almost guaranteed that I would push past the actuation point and bottom out. The tactile bump of the brown is sharper and occurs near enough to actuation that I can ease off the force part of the way through the over travel and limit any impact. I had the best luck with overlubed 59/60 blues but the hysteresis is noticeable and I worry about the audible click coming back so I don't u se that board much. In any case, I didn't f ind that spring weight changed the overall shape of the force curve for the different switches,; just strenched it out a bit.

What Altis said, basically.
Personally, I don't see any benefit in putting stronger springs in Browns as it reduces the already minimal tactility further. I do get Bloo's point about the light tactility and the actuation point, though. With a small tactile bump you don't increase the force as much as on Clears to get over the tactile bump and can then reduce the force immediately you feel the bump and just make it past the actuation point, but on Clear stems the larger difference in force before and after actuation makes you press a little harder and further. Still, you can learn to not bottom out on Clears / ErgoClears, but as long as you're not still applying force at bottom out it doesn't really matter if you do hit the bottom. Especially if you're using trampolines / orings.
I think 62g is the perfect weight for all MX types, clicky, tactile and linear. No need for so many variants (and no need for Browns at all). The Cherry light springs are too light and their heavy ones are too heavy.
tldr; 62 EVERYTHING (except Browns)

More localized to the area of travel near the accusation point. Browns have a bit of linear, then a small bump, then more linear. Clears have a stonger bump but its more of a long cliff and deep trough without the linear sections.

I just found this an analysis on springs: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=46449.0

Yup, that's a great reference and shows the differences between most spring types very well.
