Someone who I have the utmost respect and admiration for has a problem with me. When I analyze the situation I can't see where I've gone wrong.

This sounds a bit like High School; so I was just curious if on a day to day basis if I come across as a douche bag.

Usually I spot people being *******s and I steer clear of them. But I haven't noticed you being rude to anybody tbh. Maybe I've missed it by not reading everything.

Part of my situation is that it's hard as hell to find real life friends. So in some way I try to use my online activity to "debug" myself and make myself more compatible with people offline. When I inadvertently piss off people who I view as god tier status I'm like, 'wtf son?' I see they are well accepted while I am not. So there furthers the downward spiral of endless self analysis.

Maybe I just need a pet. Much less complex. :)

I don't know **** about you or your posts, so you don't rub me any which way. That said, I can empathize. There was someone that I thought had a problem with me on this site at one point. Any time anything happens, my paranoid delusions have me convinced that it is related to the actions of that certain person (e.g. that person is following me around reporting my posts and such). It is all madness - there is no evidence of that and it honestly makes little sense. You shouldn't listen to those voices.

I think *most* people here are good people, things just don't always come across properly because these are just words on a screen so you miss out on body language and tone that would come from actually talking or interacting with someone in real life.

And at the end of the day we are a bunch of passionate geeks and we are going to disagree and 'rub' each other the wrong way usually because of something unrelated but we all usually have at least one thing in common we like keyboards. ;D
